PAWLISA PROJECT: Training Totals, Feb 2019

February 2019

This was a fun and challenging month. I put together 2-a-days for the entire month. Only do one work out on Saturday which has been dedicated as my “long workout” which typically consist of a 2-3hr run or bike ride. My recovery/sleep has not been the best so my body is feeling very tired. However I do not feel much soreness do to proper stretching and nutrition. I’ll be sharing my supplementation regimen soon. One thing that has helped a lot in recovery has been my sauna a cold shower session. This has really brought down the inflammation. Below are my February totals. I’ve increased in some areas significantly. I will only continue to grow these numbers in the coming months and build upon my base.

Workouts:55

Time: 62:14:49 Avg 1:07:54

Calories: 30,595

Run:90 miles

Swim: 7,700yds

Bike: 130.67 miles

Yoga: 5 classes

Strength:19

Push-ups:3,506

Pull-ups:1,353

The goal for March is to keep this pace and add on to it. 100 miles plus, 150 miles bike, 10,000 yds swim. I’ll also start to include some weekly cryotherapy into my routine to help with recovery. I have my first triathlon of the season March 17 and then I’ll be running the LA Marathon on March 24th! Wish me luck!
